Sofia, Bulgaria: Mark Stalder

Mark Stalder has been a full time missionary based in Sofia, Bulgaria since July of 2016 when he retired from his successful remodel business.  Mark has been spending summers and winters there since 2005 - investing in the lives of young children at an orphanage in Roman, Bulgaria.  Over the years, he has learned the native language and has made many friends and ministry contacts.  Mark spends each day serving the homeless from a “food wagon” that one of his friends organizes.  He also facilitates short term mission teams that come over from the states and connects them with people who need to hear the gospel and need to be served.
