For Windows 2000, XP and Macintosh OS X we suggest you use free iTunes software for our podcasts.  You will need at least version 4.9 or higher.  Once installed just click on the iTunes subscribe link below.  This will open iTunes and take you right to our page in iTunes.  Then all that is left is to click on the subscribe button.  If you want to use some other program to get our podcasts, copy the link from the podcast button on the right side of this page.

To subscribe to our newscasts click on the feed you want on the right.   If the link loads in the browser you will need to copy that url into a program that can read that file.

For those who use my msn or my yahoo as their home page we have added easy to use link buttons as well.  Just click on the button and it will take you to your my page and ask if you want to add our feed to your home page.  That way you can see what is new with us from your customized page at yahoo or msn.
