About Our Men's Ministry PDF Print E-mail

“As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” - Proverbs 27:17

The purpose of the Men’s Ministry is help men build intimate personal relationships with God through Christ, and with each other through prayer, Bible study, and fellowship.

Participants in the Men’s Ministry meet regularly for prayer on Saturday mornings at the church office. We combine prayer and breakfast the second Saturday of the month at the Lakemont Lodge. In addition, the Men’s Ministry hosts various events throughout the year, including retreats, picnics, fishing, skeet shooting and the like. Watch for announcements in the bulletin for more information regarding these events.

Rock Climbing Trip PDF Print E-mail
thumb_belaying_down_rockthumb_group_rock_climbOn September 22, 2006 Dads and Sons gathered their grit and climbed the Basalt "Feathers" in Vantage Washington. We found an epic time with the splendor of God's creation around us. Calvary Chapel invest in the father son relationships and this was an event birthed out of that investment. Sons received a memorable and defining  time with dads with a challenge to put their hope in the solid rock relationship of Jesus Christ. Happy Climbing!  Click here to see highlights of this great day.
