Dearest Flock -

For those who would like to get the most out of this week's worship service, I suggest carefully reading the prescribed passage and prayerfully chewing on the following questions:

"The Best Man's Toast" - John 3:22-36

   1. How did the different attitude toward Jesus between John the

      Baptist and his disciples render such contrasting perceptions as

      recorded in v. 26 & 32?

   2. What is the role of the best man ("friend of the Bridegroom", v.

      29) at a wedding and how should that influence the way we relate

      to other believers, churches and Christian leaders?

   3. Since faith in Jesus Christ is integral to our eternal happiness

      (v. 36), list 3 ways you intend to strengthen your faith on a

      regular basis.  James 1:2-4, Rom 10:17, Ps 46:10
