Dearest Flock -

For those who would like to get the most out of this week's worship service, I suggest carefully reading the prescribed passage and prayerfully chewing on the following questions:

"Faith That Saves & Purifies" - John 2:12-25

  1. Jesus was able to single-handedly cleanse the temple. Why do you
     suppose no one attempted to stop Him? What was it that immobilized
     David in 1 Sam 24:5? 

  2. V. 22 says that after Christ's resurrection the disciples
     "believed the Scripture".  What Scripture? (Find the verse in Ps 16) 

  3. Though the disciples never went to Bible college they had a
     working knowledge of Scripture upon which they based their faith.
     List 3 Scripture references that support your faith and help you
     to trust in Jesus.
