Dearest Flock -

For those who would like to get the most out of this week's worship service, I suggest carefully reading the prescribed passage and prayerfully chewing on the following questions:

"Paradise Gained Forever" - Rev 22:1-9

  1. Why do you suppose God had the angel block the way to the "tree of
     life" in the garden of Eden?  Gen 3:22-23
  2. V. 3 states we will "serve", while v. 5 says we will "reign".  How
     can both be true?  Jn 4:34; Phil 2:8-10
  3. At the conclusion of the revelation John is told in v. 6, "These
     words are faithful and true".  The Greek word for "faithful"
     (pistos) means objectively trustworthy.  List 3 ways trusting the
     Lord's promise to live w/ Him forever in Paradise should have an
     effect on the way you live now.
