Dearest Flock -

For those who would like to get the most out of this week's worship service, I suggest carefully reading the prescribed passage and prayerfully chewing on the following questions:

The Problem with Euodia

John 15:1-11

1. The nation Israel is represented often in the Old Testament as a vineyard.  In light of Isa 5:1-7, how is Jesus the true (genuine) vine?

List 4 kinds of fruit the Lord desires to cultivate in our lives?  Heb 13:15; Rom 15:28; Matt 3:8; Jn 4:39,41

Memorize the ingredients and by-products of the believer's primary fruit of love in Gal 5:22-23.  With this in mind, write down the names of 3 people you struggle the most to love and make a concerted effort everyday this week to show them the love of Christ.  This can be done through a combination of shows of kindness, words of grace/affirmation and prayer.  Make sure this Christlike attitude in action is preceded by time in and yielded to His Word.

Bon Appétit,

RC
